We’re always very excited to participate in a project that’s a ‘first’ for us, and the CEBT Health and Wellness Center was no exception! It was our first tenant improvement project, and to say it was a success would be an understatement.
To start off, here’s a bit more background about CEBT…
CEBT – Colorado Employer Benefit Trust – is a multiple employer trust for public institutions providing employee benefits. Since 1980 CEBT has grown to approximately 33,000 members and over 300 participating groups.
We were delighted to be asked to help out with creating a space for the Health and Wellness Center, not only because it sounded like an awesome project, but also because it would offer great service to our community.
Here’s a bit more about the project:
- 3,000 square foot tenant improvement project
- PCW was responsible for installing fire sprinkler systems, fire alarms and monitoring systems and storefront window systems.
- PCW also reconfigured under slab plumbing.
“This was a wonderful project to work on, and we’re grateful to CEBT to selecting PCW to complete it,” said PCW owner Todd Morrison. Todd went on to say, “We love working on projects that provide value to the area we’re so blessed to call home, and the Health and Wellness Center is definitely one of those places!”
