Prepare for the Backcountry
If you’re already an avid backcountry skier or boarder (or a newbie), you won’t want to miss the Avalanche Awareness class taking place at the Vail Public Library on February 8 from 6-8pm. More information.
Skiing Book Club
Interested in talking books and skiing. Head to the Vail Public Library to do just that on February 10 from 11am-2pm. The February book is “The Piano Tuner,’ and those you have already read it or are eager to read it are welcome.
Celebrate President’s Day on the Mountain
Beaver Creek will be hosting a day of fun from 3-6pm on February 17, complete with a parade, games for the kiddos, ice-skating and more. Find out more.
Black Diamond Ball
Looking for a philanthropy event? Check out this event on February 18. Proceeds help to ensure community-enriching programs that have existed for nearly four decades continue. Learn more.
Brews + Tunes
If you’re looking for some good music and tasty beer, stop by Bonfire Brewery on February 24 from 7-10pm. If you can’t make it that night, there are plenty of other weekly events. See the calendar.

Can’t make it to New Orleans, but want to enjoy the food and fun of Mardi Gras? The fun takes place February 25-26 at the resort. From live music to delicious food, it’s sure to be a good time. More details.
