Expanding Space and Functionality
The homeowners envisioned more space for entertaining and hosting guests while preserving the property’s unique riverside charm. To achieve this:
- The unfinished basement was completely remodeled into 3 bedrooms, a bunk room, 4 bathrooms, a kitchenette, a spacious living room, and additional storage.
- The main level was reconfigured from a closed floor plan into a fully open-concept kitchen, dining, and living space, perfect for large gatherings. Updated flooring and finishes create a modern yet warm mountain aesthetic.
- The upper level now features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, completing the total of 7 bedrooms plus a bunk room.
