We love working on custom home builds! There’s something special about knowing that we’re contributing to a place where a family will spend holidays, share laughter and build memories.
So, today, we’re excited to share with you custom home project we are working on at 0133 Lime Park Drive in Eagle Ranch.
It has been such an honor to work with Architect Scott S. Turnipseed and General Contractor (and property owner) Bob Hampton! These two gentlemen have contributed a great deal of insight and craftsmanship to the project, and we’re very grateful for them both.
This custom home build requires our team to utilize their extensive knowledge about mountain building. The weather can be unpredictable, and the terrain can often be a challenge, but we’re happy to say, this project continues to be a success for the PCW team!
So far, we have been able to get this four-bedroom, Thermasteel Frame, 2,878 square foot house’s framing, roof, and siding done in less than three months! There’s still more work to do, so we’re excited for what lies ahead of us.
Here are a few words from property owner and General Contractor Bob Hampton:
“I have been in construction my entire career – over 35 years. I moved to Eagle County 6 months ago and wanted to find a good general contractor. I have hired PCW to do all the work on my new home at Lime Park Drive in Eagle Ranch. Eagle CO. I chose Todd because I wanted to use a panel system caller ThermaSteel for the foundation and exterior walls.
PCW installed these Thermasteel panels on the only other job Thermasteel has been used in Colorado. So they had experience with the Therma Steel wall panels on a very big home in Red Sky Ranch. Todd and PCW also came highly recommended by many other people. PCW has a great reputation in the area.
Todd helped me value engineer my job. His crews are very quality work and perform the work very efficiently. Todd And I are very impressed with the Thermasteel panels system. I plan on using them on my future jobs. I would recommend Todd with PCW construction!”
We wanted to thank Bob and Architect Scott S. Turnipseed for all of their hard work on this project so far!
And, of course, if you need any assistance or have questions about a custom home build, we’re here to help! We’d love to hear from you.
