We feel privileged to be working with Martin Manley Architects on a local project here in Vail Valley. This project has been based around the construction and design of 127 Seven Hermits – a custom home located in Eagle. This project was awesome from a ground up build, but the fun really kicked in when Martin Manley Architects stepped into the equation.
Martin Manley Architects has had a very specific vision on this project – one that’s unique and aesthetically stunning. The plan was to create a version of the classic prairie style home with a modern and rustic twist.
The firm was able to stay close to this classic style – think midwestern, Frank Lloyd Wright – while integrating elements of modern design. This blend of function, form and beauty will ultimately result in a home that leverages the natural beauty around it – exquisite views and natural lighting – while injecting personal touches that take it from a house to a home.

Over the years, she has done several community massage events including the St. Baldrik’s fundraiser in March with the Eagle Fire Department to raise money for kids with cancer and the Screaming Eagle Golf Tournament to raise money for local scholarships. She has also done work for Eagle County, CME, and Vail Hospital. 
Back in January of this year, we started work on a 5,000-square-foot horse barn and garage in Castle Peak Ranch. Located in the Sorrel Hill’s development in Eagle, this project has given us the opportunity to not only lend our construction expertise but also to add value with some unique design elements.
