Don’t Miss Eagle Flight Days – We’ll Be There!

There’s no shortage of events in Eagle and surrounding areas during the Summer months, but there’s one event in particular that we hold close to our hearts – Eagle Flight Days!

The event has been taking place for 50 years, and it’s one that wonderful for the entire family. Eagle Flight Days takes place Friday, June 24 and Saturday, June 25 at Eagle Town Park.

This year, it’s extra special since the PCW team will be passing out candy on Saturday in a Model T! Make sure to find us and get some sweets. These two days will be packed full of fun. Here’s a lineup of the events.

Eagle Flight Days

Stop by and say hi! PCW will be handing out sweet treats in a Model T on Saturday, June 25 at this wonderful event. This event is an Eagle area tradition (it’s been taking place for 50 years!). There will be parades, live music and fun for the whole family, so don’t miss this event! Get more details.

The end of Winter season means that we locals can start enjoying great restaurants without the crowds! Not only that, but there are a ton of local restaurants offering off-season deals. Take a peek!

Summer Music Vibes

Who says good rock n’ roll is dead? Check out the Cover Rock Festival. You’ll hear the best cover bands while enjoying the beautiful scenery, good eats and drinks. View the lineup and get tickets here.

Take in the Arts

This is a staple Vail event that’s celebrating its 33rd anniversary! Local artists come from all around to showcase beautiful, handmade creations like digital art, metal works, paintings, photography and much more! It’s also a great event for families with the Kids Creative Kingdom! See the schedule here.

Mark Your Calendars for 2017 Summer ShowDown

How time flies! It seems like just a few weeks ago we were hanging out in the park listening to great music and spending time with wonderful friends.

Well, it’s almost that time of year, and the 2017 Summer ShowDown is right around the corner!

This year the ShowDown Town concert series will take place Thursday nights from June 29-August 10 at Eagle Town Park.

Like last year, there will be some awesome bands, kids’ activities and more! The entire concert series is free, and you can bring your own picnic dinner + snacks!

On July 27, our very own Todd Morrison will be presenting the band – The Broadcast! Also, Precision Construction West will have a booth that night with some really cool stuff planned, so stay tuned for more details as the dates get closer.

Company Spotlight: Kitchens Plus

Finding a company that genuinely cares about each and every client they serve and provides beyond quality craftsmanship and customer service truly is a rare occurrence.

But, we’re lucky to have one of those companies right down the road in Avon! It’s our sincere pleasure to introduce you to Kitchens Plus!

The company offers five cabinet lines, three cabinet hardware lines and all types of countertops – including quartz, granite, soapstone, metals and the newest porcelain tops of 2 major brands. Based on the amazing work they do in this arena and customer requests for additional services, Kitchens Plus also offers assistance with lighting, tile, plumbing, and more.

With this expansive suite of products and services, the company is a turnkey solution for kitchen, bathroom and entire living space remodels. They also have design professionals and interior designers on the team to help with all design and remodeling projects.

Kitchens Plus was founded by Rob Hall in 1996 and has successfully grown into a 3.5 million dollar company! It’s no surprise to us though.

Rob built the company around the idea that no project would ever be too small for Kitchens Plus. Rob shared a bit more about this idea with us.

“It’s common for companies to turn away customers who need help with a small (inexpensive project). They don’t care to spend the time on the project or the relationship. When I started Kitchens Plus, I knew that wasn’t a road we’d go down.”

This way of doing business has resulted in an immense amount of repeat and referral business for the company. Not only because they treat their customers like family, but also because the work they complete is absolutely stunning!

Our very own Todd Morrison actually hired Kitchens Plus for his own custom home. “Rob’s not only a wonderful guy, but creates beautiful work, so of course, we wanted Kitchens Plus to help us with our kitchen! The end-result was more beautiful than we could have ever imagined.”

As if what Kitchens Plus is doing now wasn’t enough, they’ve partners with the owner of Tischlerei Cabinet Co, Olaf Gerhardt, whom Rob has known for 17 years. This is a very successful relationship, and now Olaf has become a partner in High Country Cabinetry & Design.

We wanted to share Rob and Kitchens Plus story with you because companies who do great work and take care of their customers deserve recognition! Thank You For Supporting Us + Pink Vail

‘Thank you’ doesn’t begin to express how extremely grateful we are!

On behalf of everyone at Precision West Construction and the Brush Creek Elementary School Team, we wanted to thank each and every one for you for your generous donations for Pink Vail.

The fundraiser as a whole was a great success, and our team definitely made a huge contribution – thanks to your compassion and generosity.

Here’s a wrap-up of how our team did:

Our team, Brush Creek Elementary School raised $19,516 – Todd and his family raised $6,245 of that total
We were the 5th highest top-producing Pink Vail team
Todd was #22 for most funds raised overall for an individual

You might have seen on Facebook that we had a friendly competition going with Stephen over at Gypsum Animal Hospital. Not only was this a ton of fun, but it helped both of our teams increase their contributions. Stephen was #20 for most funds raised overall for an individual!

The money raised will be a huge asset to the Shaw Regional Cancer Center and their efforts to improve the funding of the Spirit of Survival program!

Again, we wanted to just let you know how grateful we are for you! Thank you for contributing to such a great cause and our community.
