What’s better than helping out an architect with one remodel project? Helping out with two!
We recently worked with Scott Turnipseed AIA at Turnipseed Architects on these two exciting renovations.
It was such a wonderful experiences working alongside Turnipseed Architectures, and even better to know that the feeling was mutual! “PCW has been a pleasure to work with. True professionals.” Mike Guzik, Turnipseed Architects job site superintendent.
The first project, located in Buffehr Creek, included the installation of a glass elevator, roof trusses, and removal walls. Since it was an old floor plan that cut up the house, the ultimate goal was to create more open space in the kitchen, dining room and great room.
To accomplish this, we had to install beams to make sure the structure was safe throughout the renovation. We also reconfigured windows and doors in the areas and installed a metal stair system.
“This was such a great project because there was such a massive transformation. Knowing that we were able to help the homeowners create a space that allowed them to have an open living area is a great feeling,’ commented Todd about the renovation.
The second project was located in Beaver Creek and was equally fantastic! PCW set out to expand the kitchen and dining room, build a new master suite and expand the master closet above the garage.
“Seeing the look on a client’s face when a project is complete is irreplaceable! We know that they will have a much more comfortable and enjoyable living space now that the project is complete and knowing we contributed to that is a great feeling. We’re extremely grateful for Turnipseed Architects to have trusted our team with these projects,” added Todd.
