Cheers to tomorrow, which is opening day at Keystone Resort! The timing seems perfect to share with you one of our latest projects – Labonte’s Smokehouse located at Keystone Restaurant.
Alongside Hyder Construction and Vail Resorts, the PCW team has been working on this project since August to triple the size of the existing smokehouse on Keystone Mountain – located at the bottom of Santiago Lift.
Here’s what our team has been working on:
- Added 200 seats to Labontes Smokehouse
- Exterior trim and siding
- Decking underway
- Trimming interior windows
This addition will ultimately create more space at a great dining destination, and we’re happy about that because the views and food can’t be beat!
We wanted to take a moment to thank Vail Resorts and Hyder Construction!
“With tight timelines and often challenging mountain conditions, it’s a great feeling to know our team is trusted to execute projects like this. We look forward to supporting Vail Resorts and Hyder Construction with many more projects in the near future,” added Todd Morrison.
We can’t wait to enjoy a nice pulled pork sandwich while looking out at this beautiful mountain!
If you are at Keystone this season, be sure to make some time to grab a bite at Labonte’s Smokehouse at Keystone Restaurant.
