Project Summary
This remodel transformed a dated 4-bed, 2.5-bath home into a luxury mountain residence tailored for family and entertaining. The original floor plan was reimagined to maximize space, light, and flow. We opened the main level to fuse living, dining, and kitchen into one seamless Great Room, installed premium finishes throughout, and extended outdoor living with heating, fire features, and spa amenities.
In the basement, we converted the unfinished zone into a full living suite with 3 bedrooms, a bunk room, 4 bathrooms, a kitchenette, living space, and storage—turning dead space into high-value square footage. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms and two baths round out the sleeping quarters.
With riverside positioning and a walk-out layout, this home now blends mountain charm with modern comfort and outdoor immersion.
