MAY 1 UPDATE: We are thrilled to announce that the bill passed 30 to 5. A huge thank you everyone who took action to help Quinn’s bill pass. The bill will now go to the Governor’s desk to be signed into law, so please continue to send emails and make calls to Hickenlooper!
Hannah Lovato, a local resident whose son attends school with our children at Brush Creek, shared her story with us, and it was so powerful that we knew we needed to share it and encourage others in the community to help.
Her son, Quintin, has suffered with Epilepsy since he was four and Tourette’s since the age of six and a half. As months passed, his symptoms got worse. He had a hard time functioning, was outcasted from social events and his quality of life was not pleasant.
After countless prescription drugs failed to help with his symptoms (and created more nasty side-effects), the family turned to CBD treatment.
Within three brief months, Quintin’s symptoms are 90% controlled.
Today we are asking for your help!
There are two bills that can make a positive difference through alternative medical treatments and allow people to have a good life.
- Email ALL 35 Senators asking them to vote YES on #HB1286 and #HB1263. You can easily draft one email and include all email addresses to save time.
- Email (Governor.firstname.lastname@example.org) and Call Governor Hickenlooper (303-866-2471) respectfully asking him to sign #HB1286 and #HB1263 into law.
